The first one, on Meadowbrook, is very interesting in that it has a full apartment in the basement, plus the house is nice.
New Hope Rd has a wonderful level, fenced lot.
There are a couple of new construction homes in Monroe, and also in Covington. The ones in Covington, I am very familiar with the subdivision and have shown several homes there. It is in a convenient part of Covington that is very accessible to I-75 as well as I-20.
The one on Old Covington in Conyers, it is a super cool home with a great outdoor setup, but I am not sure that you would be happy with where it is actually located, very close to a busy part of town, yet kinda tucked away.
The one in Braselton is a 2 story, but has a similar look and feel of the one in Lawrenceville you sent me last night.
Settlement Rd in Conyers is very nice, and on the west side, closer to the interstate. The pictures don’t show it, but if you look on Google maps, it has a very large fenced lot.
Maggie Dr in Stone Mountain looks a bit cluttered, but the inside appears nice enough, but the outdoor living space is awesome!
Rocky Point in Snellville has been nicely redone and has a nice backyard.
Azalea in Loganville looks nice, and it has a good bit of basement space, some finished. It also has a great covered deck and privacy fenced backyard.
Stone Bridge is a beautiful house with a full basement and a beautiful backyard space.
Couldn’t recall if I sent you the one on Bagwell in Lawrenceville, it looks nice too!
Lilburn Stone Mountain is a nice looking brick home that has been updated with a nice backyard.
Grayson New Hope has such a nice bright sunroom, as well as living room and kitchen. Backyard appears to be level and fenced.
